Half of my calls are from homeowners asking me to fix another contractor's mistake. Most "pros" out there simply don't know what they're doing.

My team and I are expert craftsmen. We can take an empty room and frame it, insulate it, drywall it, texture it, and paint it with that model home look that everyone drools over. I just might be the most affordable fella around. My competitors have large sales teams and receptionists, and a chunk of their bid goes toward paying those salaries. I've spent two decades working with two of the largest general contractors around. We don't have any sales staff or receptionists. I work directly with you. I've often seen bids come in 2-3x higher than ours.
